Its vision in 2016 was to deliver fresh food, consistent and ready for the chef and his customers to savour, via an on-demand stock platform. The platform was to help automate delivery to its client restaurants based on consumption data and insight from the unique ordering algorithms
To enable this, Muir has helped the client develop plans for autonomous AI enabled predictive delivery systems which will supply customers with what they need when they need them, not just when they remember to order. We have also advised on robotic production and other emerging technologies.
The company’s research and development program is drawing down £1million in Phase 1 Muir led incentives and Reliefs.
